How to Submit Your
Course Packs
Send a clean, legible copy of each article or other materials to Jessica Martin for copyright clearance.
You can submit individually printed items, or a desk copy of an entire Course Pack you've used in the past.
Include complete citation information for each item, including title, author, publication, volume, edition, and page numbers.
As soon as we receive your materials, we submit them to XanEdu to search for pre-cleared content. For items not in the XanEdu database, copyright clearance can take two to six weeks.
When to Submit Your
Course Packs
To ensure your materials are ready for the first day of
classes, submit new materials that require copyright
clearance by October 10 for Spring
semester.
Submit all of your materials early to make sure
they are available for student online orders.
